"Healing doesn’t follow a straight line,
it moves like waves:
flowing gently
through each season of life."
- Mariya Snik
I started with having to put together my broken pieces, and on the way discovered that sharing what helped me was also helping my friends and loved ones.
I felt called to help more people, but I was blocked by fears and negative beliefs, so I cleared those to be able to show up as my actual self in the world.
I feel inspired by every victory my clients make, and I am proud of every soul who chooses a path of healing and authenticity for themselves.

From Overwhelm to Awakening
For years, I lived in survival mode. Always doing, always managing, always holding it all together.
I was the high achiever. The perfectionist. The one who smiled while silently unraveling inside.
Burnout wasn’t a moment, it was a slow disappearance of joy, of energy, of self.
Anxiety. Depression. Emotional exhaustion. I tried to “push through.” Until I couldn’t anymore.

Small Steps, Big Shifts
My healing didn’t come in one big breakthrough. It came in small decisions: a cup of herbal tea before bed, a mindful walk in silence, a yoga practice that helped me reconnect with my body in a gentle, intuitive way.
Learning to listen to my body again, and trusting that it knew the way.
Living in Geneva has been a quiet gift: a city where time feels softer, where I could begin to slow down, to feel again, to rebuild not just my nervous system, but my entire sense of self.

Learning Along the Way
As I healed, I wanted to understand more, not just for myself, but so I could support others too.

I became certified in:
• Health Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), exploring over 100 dietary theories and the art of bio-individual healing
• Gut Health & Hormone Health courses from IIN, learning how deeply our digestion, stress, and mood are interconnected
• Yoga (RYT 200, takin YTT300 at the moment), discovering the power of breath and mindful movement for calming the body
• Somatic Breathwork for Trauma Release helped me learn how the body holds, and can release, what words alone can’t touch
Each certification was more than a qualification, it was a piece of my own transformation.

Why I Do This
Today, I guide others through their own nervous system healing journey, using herbs, breath, nutrition, and compassion.
Because I believe healing should feel gentle.
Because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, but also what’s possible when you begin choosing yourself.
If you’re here, maybe your story is just beginning.
And I’m so glad we’ve crossed paths.
